My name is Kim and I have end stage renal disease (esrd). I believe kidney disease is an epidemic. About 35.5 million adults have kidney disease. 1 in 3 adults with severe kidney disease don't even know they have it. It seems like either you have kidney disease or you know someone who does.

THE PROGRAM
After I received a kidney transplant on Feb. 7, 2022, I was so happy. Because I was unable to work, I got behind in my mortgage and was facing foreclosure. I experienced a lot of stress because of this. I created The After Kidney Transplant Program to help kidney transplant recipients. Our goal is to pay 3 months of back rent or mortgage- up to $10,000, for those who need help.

- Proof of rent/mortgage deficit that's in your name
- Proof of kidney transplant within 3 months of applying for the program
